Harder Consulting is working with a professional services company to find a dynamic and energetic CFO to lead their organization. This established Austin based company has multiple branch offices with annual revenue over $20million.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Work with CEO to plan, direct and coordinate financial, operations, strategic matters and future growth.
* Provide leadership to recruit, train and develop the accounting, finance, administrative and information technology departments.
* Manage, review and negotiate contracts for external services.
* Responsible for Treasury Management by maintaining capital invested capital credit, administration and cash flow.
* Develop meaningful business plans and budgets.
* Build outside relationships with banks, legal advisors, service providers, external auditors, and vendors.
