Chief Lending Officer

The Chief Lending Officer will direct the Company’s lending programs and supervise the lending team. Specific duties include:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Managing the Bank’s lenders and coordinating their efforts.

Business Analyst

Growing Manufacturing Company in the Kyle, Texas area is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. This position reports to the CFO and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Supporting various COGNOS applications including maintenance of organization structures, accounts, logic, reports, categories, and security. Integrates newly acquired companies into the reporting tool.
* Analyzing, testing, and coordinating software upgrades to COGNOS with IT department as they become available.
* Maintaining the Axapta global general ledger implementations including chart of accounts, reports, cross validation rules, security rules, mass allocations, and Axapta queries.
* Investigating latest financial reporting and analysis software available
* Testing and implements additional financial reporting and analysis software approved by CFO.

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA and/or CPA or CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business desirable.

Cost Accountant II

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare inventory reconciliations and analysis at month end. Reconcile balances on hand with the General ledger.
• Reconcile purchases and cost of goods sold with;
• Partner with operations on efforts to reduce inventories (lean manufacturing).
• Report on inventory reduction efforts and assist in identifying areas of opportunity;
