Chief Lending Officer

The Chief Lending Officer will direct the Company’s lending programs and supervise the lending team. Specific duties include:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Managing the Bank’s lenders and coordinating their efforts.
* Communicating loan policy and underwriting guidelines to all lenders.
* Assisting and counseling all personnel originating loans in negotiations with loan prospects.

Growing Manufacturing Company in the Kyle, Texas area is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. This position reports to the CFO and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting various COGNOS applications including maintenance of organization structures, accounts, logic, reports, categories, and security. Integrates newly acquired companies into the reporting tool.
* Analyzing, testing, and coordinating software upgrades to COGNOS with IT department as they become available.
* Maintaining the Axapta global general ledger implementations including chart of accounts, reports, cross validation rules, security rules, mass allocations, and Axapta queries.
* Investigating latest financial reporting and analysis software available
* Testing and implements additional financial reporting and analysis software approved by CFO.
* Reviewing current system architecture and usage with a focus on maximizing the benefit from the software
* Working with outside auditors to provide necessary information for annual audit and tax preparation
Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA and/or CPA or CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business desirable.
* Minimum of seven years of progressively more responsible assignments in general accounting, construction accounting, and/or manufacturing accounting required.
* Minimum of three years experience using and maintaining financial and accounting systems required.
* Knowledge of and experience with computerized financial systems, including Excel, Windows, (preferably COGNOS and Axapta) and other mainframe or PC based general ledger and related software.
* ERP system experience, including participation in implementation
* Knowledge and understanding of FAS#52 accounting standards and other unique international accounting standards and financial needs of foreign entities.
* International travel required

Cost Accountant II
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare inventory reconciliations and analysis at month end. Reconcile balances on hand with the General ledger.
- Reconcile purchases and cost of goods sold with;
- Partner with operations on efforts to reduce inventories (lean manufacturing).
- Report on inventory reduction efforts and assist in identifying areas of opportunity;
- Analyze actual material, labor and overhead costs against Standards/Budget.
- Research and explain variances;
- Analyze and report the performance of the purchasing group, including savings from vendor price-reductions (purchase price variance), and savings from outsourcing manufactured parts;
- Complete the development of new labor and overhead rates for the annual budget. Complete quarterly inventory valuation adjustments.
