As an extention of your human resources department, we can save you time and money. Harder Consulting covers payroll tax, workers compensation, pay rate, liability, and errors and omission insurance. We also provide in-house human resource services. We educate you with current market information on industry trends and salaries and recruit candidates on both a local and national basis. We interview and check references on each of our candidates, and only present those who are qualified for the position according to skill and culture fit.
